1. In the workouts screen, swipe left on the record you want to delete. A Delete button will appear.
2. A message box will verify whether you want to delete this record. Click Delete and the record will be removed permanently from your account.
Android
1. In the workouts screen, select the record you want to delete and hold it until the Delete Message box appears.
2. Click Delete and the record will be removed permanently from your account.
