After you connect the SEAL device to the app, if you find the SEAL device details can't be shown correctly (e.g. the device name show as -1-1-1, the device position no show in the Home screen even after connected), please follow the steps below (or view the attached video) to reset the SEAL device.

  • Similar to switch on the SEAL device, use the magnet at the back of the other SEAL device to touch the pointed position (below) of the SEAL device that need reset

  • Hold the touching for around 10 seconds
  • Move the magnet (the other SEAL) away, the LED of the SEAL that need reset will stop flashing.  Then its LED will flash with pink (red + blue) light.  This means you have reset the SEAL successfully.
