We will use the area of hand, foot and forearm for the power calculation. A default setting will be used if this information is not defined under the 'My Personal Settings' screen.
How to measure the length and width?
- For hand, you can measure the length from tip of the longest finger till end of the palm; measure the width from thumb to little finger
- For foot, you can just input your shoe size
- For forearm, you can measure the length from lower to upper part of the forearm; measure the width of your upper part of the forearm
